Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. However, we kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your hair service. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, we may charge a cancellation fee of 15% of the cost of your scheduled service.
